Petal & Co. again ranks highly in M&A PR adviser rankings

Petal & Co. has once again been recognised by MergerMarket as one of the most active M&A PR advisers in the UK. The global market intelligence service, which provides unique M&A information and analysis globally, has ranked Petal & Co. 14th in the UK by deal volume over 2024.

The news follows Petal & Co.’s 15th place ranking in H124. In addition to the deal count in the rankings, Petal & Co. also supported a number of adviser clients providing buy and sell-side advice on transactions over the year.

Jessica Wilkinson, founder at Petal & Co. said: “It’s very rewarding to once again be recognised in MergerMarket’s rankings. It demonstrates our consistent performance in providing expert support to ambitious fast-growing businesses themselves, and those invested in them, through what is a major milestone in any business’ journey.

“While we’re a significantly smaller agency than many of those around us in the rankings, we’re proud to be held in high regard for our ability to deliver effective comms support that helps accelerate businesses towards their goals. We’re looking forward to continuing to provide expert advice to ambitious businesses in what is shaping up to be another busy 12 months of M&A activity.”
